From its first junior program in 1953, WRSC has a long and successful history with young sailors - giving some of the best sailors in the country their start. Our instructors instill not only a respect for the water, but also teach the techniques and skills required to sustain a life-long passion for the sport while always keeping at the forefront the most important element of teaching young children – FUN!

AGES 18+

We offer a multitude of adult sailing classes ranging from beginner to advance levels and taught in Albacores and Flying Scots. We use small sailboats as they provide immediate feedback and experience with all aspects of sailing. Our adult courses are available for ages 18 and up. Our objective is to give you as much on the water time as possible focusing on hands-on learning.

Got a whole family that wants to learn to sail? We got you covered. Depending on the number of people in the sessions, we can sail your family in our Flying Scots or Albacores. The sessions are just between your family and one of our sailing instructions.
